Hello,

We are back again with a nice sale in Northridge.

Everything must go as usual so we will do everything we can to make sure that happens.

We haven't taken possession of the property yet so can't give too many details.

We know there is:

Crystal, Pottery, nice furniture (one or two mid century)

Some silver, knick nacs of different kinds

some clothing

And more. Will update after we take possession of the property.

NOTE: THIS HOUSE IS NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY. ALL 5 BEDROOMS ARE ON THE SECOND FLOOR.

August 4, 2023 Update

Okay we have taken possession of the property.

Here is an initial summary of what's in the house:

Set of SHI china in white with gold rim,

two nice dining room tables, one is a kitchen oak style and the other is a mid century formal dining table.

nice glass display cabinet and one older wood corner cabinet.

An electric guitar (B C Rich) and 2 nice string guitars (Conn, Robelli), a mini violin with case.

There is a lot of baseball memorabilia. The son collected old newspaper articles and framed them starting

way back in the 70's

Baseball photos of mickey mantle, roger maris, hank aaron, barry bonds, don drysdale and sandy kofax. And some rare football cards of old players (see photos)

We found the son's models. all are new except one which we will sell for parts only! Mainly airplane, one car and one boat.

Nice couches and a glass and metal coffee table.

A red pedal fire truck in pieces. This again will be for restoration only!

A 10 speed bike diamond back.

No jewelry in this sale!
