People at the sale will expected to be on their best behavior or you will asked to leave. Rules will be posted at the door as usual. We appreciate your business so come out and have fun.

DUE TO COVID19 REQUIREMENTS THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED

1: NO MASK, NO ENTRY
2: ONLY 10/15 PEOPLE ON THE PREMISES AT A TIME AND THAT INCLUDES THE GARAGE (WE WILL DETERMINE DUE TO SIZE OF THE PROPERTY)
3. HAND SANITIZER WILL BE USED AT DIFFERENT STATIONS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE
4. SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES
5. ONLY 2 PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED TO VIEW JEWELRY AT A TIME (ONE ON EACH SIDE OF CASE)
6. TO HANDLE JEWELRY GLOVES MUST BE WORN OR YOU CANNOT TOUCH IT!

Hi everyone, we are offering a one day quickie sale from Northridge.

Everything must go settle a trust. Because this is a small estate we are making this a one day blow out sale.

It has jewelry, bronzes, christmas, fine leather top furniture, a really nice inlaid game table, some flow blue china,

a pool table, and more.

A 1978 Silver Shadow II Rolls Royce with 142,000!

Pictures will be up by Tuesday.

10/8 update

Okay, for our one day sale we have a decent small sale for you.

We have some nice costume and designer jewelry for you. The daughter was supposed to bring back some gold pieces from the family estate but as of this writing, it has not happened.

We have a ton of VHS tapes, there are some DVD's. We have a few old dolls and one box of mixed doll furniture.

Some nice pieces of crystal, vintage luncheon sets, colored salad bowls, a few bronzes, an old sewing machine in a cabinet, a hospital bed (never used).

Some nice ladies clothing in size 12/14. We have a few men's suits and shoes.

There is some wonderful maple furniture, a full bedroom set. There is also a full master suite. There is great leather top drum table along with two leather top end tables. Also a fully stocked inlaid game table complete with rouellette wheel.

A pool table and lots of misc. christmas items from trees to ornaments.

Some patio furniture.

A nice one day sale.
