FURNITURE WILL BE THE ONLY ITEMS THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PRE-SELL. ALL OTHER ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON THE DATE OF THE SALE.

No refunds or returns, everything is sold as is.
No bags or backpacks will be allowed inside of our sale.

Credit cards must be a minimum of $50 to use at our estate sales.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
A Grasons Sign in sheet will go out one hour before the commencement of the sale. Any other sheet started will not be honored.
