Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to all sales. CA Sales Tax is added to all sales picked up. There is a 40% re-stocking fee of all winning auctions that are unpaid. All items must be picked up on stated days and times; otherwise, they are forfeited. Absolutely no refunds.

We will email invoices after auction ends, payment must be received no later than midnight evening before pick-up date.

ALL WINNING BIDDERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN SUPPLIES AND LABOR. PLEASE NOTE THE DATE AND TIME OF PICKUP.
