30% off all* items Sunday morning starting at 10:00 A.M. sharp. We will close at 1:00 P.M and re-open at 1:30 P.M. going to 50% off all* items. This re-entry system enables customers to line up outside to secure their position in line for the 50% off discount at 1:30 P.M. The 1:30 P.M. line to enter may start earlier than 1:00 P.M. You must remain in line at all times to retain your entry number. You may not start/sign a list and leave the area. (* = Sterling silver and gold will be discounted 10%)

Premises is alarmed and valuables kept in vault until morning of sale.
Methods of payment: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Check if we know you well. Cash will expedite the payment process.
Remember that sales tax will be collected if you do not provide a valid California Resale Permit Number.
We will try and open a little early if there are many people waiting outside and our staff is ready.
No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on Saturday morning.)

You will find a designated spaces in front of the jewelry/display cases where 6 people (at a time) can be shown the items in the case without being crowded. Customers must wait their turn behind the designated areas and will be allowed into the viewing area on a “one out, one in” basis.
You will find a “SOLD ITEMS AREA” near the cashiers window. Any items that you are 100% sure about buying, you may place in this designated area with your name and telephone number affixed to the item. If the items do not have a name AND TELEPHONE NUMBER affixed to them, they will be put back out for sale immediately.
Please do not remove price tags from any items. If you wish to buy an item, notify our staff and place a “sold “ sticker (with your name and telephone number on it) to the desired item. All sold stickers must have a telephone number, if they do not, the item will not be considered sold. Do not put a sold sticker on any item that you are not 100% sure about buying.
Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture. Bring furniture pads (blankets) too. Also, please bring your own shopping bags/boxes, we do not have any!
Please remember that all items are sold as-is with no returns. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale.
There will be a portable restroom in front of the building.
“Get Goes Mobile Cafe” will be selling coffee, drinks, and light snacks out front. Help support them by having a snack or drink before or after you are in the sale.
