We want everyone to have a fun, safe and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review the following before attending:

• All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

• All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.

• Cash, Venmo and Zelle accepted. Please be prepared with an alternate payment method if needed.

• Prices are set at the discretion of the estate sale company. Please be respectful of pricing and staff.

• Please do not open cabinets, drawers, closets, containers or areas marked CLOSED / NOT FOR SALE unless directed by a staff member.

• Items marked NOT FOR SALE are not available for purchase.

• Please do not remove price tags, move tags between items or separate items that are being sold as a set.

• Purchased items must be removed within the designated sale/pickup timeframe unless other arrangements are approved by staff.

• Bring help to load large or heavy items. Staff may not be available to assist with moving or loading furniture.

• Buyers are responsible for safely removing their purchases and for any damage caused during removal.

• Children must remain supervised at all times.

• Please be respectful of the home, property, neighbors, other shoppers and estate sale staff.

• Junk of All Trades, Dirty Jobs & Hauling, the homeowner and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen personal property while attending the sale or removing purchased items.

• Entry may be limited during busy periods to provide a safe and comfortable shopping experience.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone exhibiting unsafe, disrespectful or disruptive behavior to leave the property.

• Availability is not guaranteed. Items pictured or advertised may be sold, removed from the sale or otherwise unavailable prior to your arrival.
