Although we take every precaution to insure your safety you enter at your own risk and we or the home owner assume no responsibility for accidents or injury.

CASH is preferred but we do accept credit cards for purchases over $25 . Sales tax is taken unless you have an up to date registered resale number. These will be checked against current BOE registration.

Please bring help to move large purchases. We are not able to help move/load. All items purchased must be removed by the last day of sale. We cannot be held responsible for anything left at the sale unless you have made prior arrangements. All items are sold "as is" and there are no refunds.

PLEASE NOTE: NO LARGE BAGS, PURSES, BACKPACKS OR BIG JACKETS WILL BE ALLOWED AT ENTRY. PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN YOUR CAR.

We have an excellent reputation with our clients, customers and the communities where we work. We ask that you be courteous and honest while attending our sales and in the community it is in. We will ask you to leave should your behavior be otherwise.

If you are interested in being on our email list contact us. WE OFTEN DO PREVIEW SALES THE EVE BEFORE THE SALE OPENS. When it is in the best interest of our client items may be sold prior to opening. Photos are updated as quickly as possible.
