Join us for an exciting estate sale featuring a remarkable collection of vintage wood furniture and other unique treasures from two households! This sale is perfect for vintage collectors or anyone who appreciates well-built wood furniture, showcasing a beautiful mix of newer items and cherished older pieces. All items are from one owner and have never been on the market before.

Sale Dates: January 31st, February 1st, and February 2nd, 2025.
Sale Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.
Location: Oceanside Boulevard 92054.
No Early Birds.

Access Instructions:
Please do not go to the office. Drive up to the gate, and the office staff will open it electronically, or contact me at my phone number 858-413-7887. We will meet you for access.

Parking Information:
Parking is available in the front lot or possibly next door temporarily. You can pick up your items right in front of the container, where a few parking spots may be available. Please follow the signs for directions.

Payment Method:
Cash & Carry only. Please bring your own manpower for lifting and transporting your purchases.
