This home and property belonged to a long-time matron of our community. Gracie Phillips owned a florist shop in "Old Carlsbad" and the decor of her home reflects the nature of her passions. She loved Christmas and the house is brimming with Christmas decor and the like. A beautiful collection of outdoor furniture along with indoor and outdoor wicker furniture recalls by-gone days of parties and receptions among the gardens and within the gazebo.

We are still unearthing treasures. Three beautiful crystal chandeliers, an antique parlor piano, bedroom suites, a fifteen foot decorated Christmas tree, an extensive doll collection, seasonal decorations of all kinds, collectibles, everyday housewares, party supplies, and appliances.

Come and enjoy the ambience of past Oceanside grandeur. This fine "Fire Mountain" estate has something for everyone.
