Estate Sale Warehouse Auctions Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, bidding, or purchasing through this auction house, you agree to be bound by
these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not participate in the auction.
2. Registration
Bidders must register with accurate and current information. The auction house reserves
the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke bidder registration at its sole discretion.
3. Bidding
All bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn. The highest bidder at the close of the auction
assumes full responsibility for the item and payment. The auction house reserves the right
to reject any bid or reopen bidding in the event of a dispute or technical issue.
4. Buyer?s Premium
A buyer?s premium may be added to the hammer price. The applicable premium will be
disclosed prior to bidding and is the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full within the stated timeframe after the auction closes. Accepted
payment methods will be disclosed prior to bidding. Failure to remit payment may result in
forfeiture of the item, account suspension, and/or legal action.
6. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to purchases unless a valid resale or exemption certificate
is provided prior to invoicing.
7. Item Descriptions & Condition
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
Descriptions, estimates, and images are provided as a guide only. Buyers are responsible for
reviewing condition reports and asking questions before bidding.
8. Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. Failure to inspect does not
invalidate a sale or serve as grounds for dispute.
9. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted for any reason.
10. Default
If a buyer fails to comply with these Terms, the auction house may cancel the sale, retain
deposits, resell the item, and hold the buyer responsible for any resulting losses or fees.
11. Disputes
The auction house reserves the right to resolve any disputes regarding bidding, sale, or
payment. Its records shall be deemed final.
12. Limitation of Liability
The auction house shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of
profits, data, or property arising from participation in the auction.
13. Indemnification
Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the auction house, its owners, employees, and
agents from any claims arising from participation in the auction.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the auction
house operates.
16. Modifications
The auction house reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted online and apply to future auctions.
