Although we take every precaution to insure your safety you enter at your own risk and we or the home owner assume no responsibility for accidents or injury.
CASH is preferred but we do accept credit cards for over $50. Sales tax of 8% is taken unless you have an up to date registered resale number. These will be checked against current BOE registration.
Please bring help to move large purchases. We are not able to help move/load. All items purchased must be removed by the last day of sale. We cannot be held responsible for anything left at the sale unless you have made prior arrangements. All items are sold "as is" and there are no refunds.
PLEASE NOTE: NO LARGE BAGS, PURSES, BACKPACKS OR BIG JACKETS WILL BE ALLOWED AT ENTRY. PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN YOUR CAR.
