Although we take every precaution to insure your safety you enter at your own risk and we or the home owner assume no responsibility for accidents or injury.

CASH is preferred but we do accept credit cards for purchases over $25 . Sales tax is taken unless you have an up to date registered resale number. These will be checked against current BOE registration.

Please bring help to move large purchases. We are not able to help move/load. All items purchased must be removed by the last day of sale. We cannot be held responsible for anything left at the sale unless you have made prior arrangements. All items are sold "as is" and there are no refunds.

PLEASE NOTE: NO LARGE BAGS, PURSES, BACKPACKS OR BIG JACKETS WILL BE ALLOWED AT ENTRY. PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN YOUR CAR.

We are in our favorite Country Club once again!!  A small home but full of great things. Our owner lived in Palm Desert and friendly with the famous. A few items were given to her. 😉

We have combined households so you will find a variety of inventory at this one. Summer crafting, projects how about renovating a Victorian dressing table and making it your own w/ a new color.  The hardware is amazing and the beveled mirror a fortune if purchased now!

Our two highlighted items: a  Large Antique Japanese Satsuma  Covered Urn with Foo Dog Handles and Cover is in excellent condition.  The Rosewood Alter Table is one of a kind.  We have not been able to match its quality and beauty in our research.
