Entry for estate sales are not allowed into the community until the sale starts at 10. If you would like to get into the park earlier though, (no earlier than 9) you have to say that you are there to go to the address (that will be listed on here). If you say you are there for the “Estate Sale” they will make you turn around and wait till 10 AM.

If the sale is going on (especially first morning) and you show up for entry we may not be able to get your name on the list right away, but we will try.
