There will be a list on the morning of the sale at put out at 7am for those arriving prior to the opening of the estate sale. Customers will be let into the sale in the order the names appear on the list. Once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return. We will only honor the True Legacy list put out by our associates at 7am. True Legacy’s official list will be clearly marked with the company’s logo.
Please use visitor parking slots, DO NOT park in fire lanes or in front of garage doors.
We accept all major credit cards
Delivery services are available for larger items.
We will honor a watched list.
We do NOT presell any items.
Due to the high volume of sales, we are not able to answer questions regarding specific items before the sale opens. Thank you for your understanding.

Welcome to another amazing sale full of great content in Oceanside area. A two story home full of great items for any man who is looking for motorcycle parts and items to dress up, hunting gear, many tools, furniture, knives, comics, and there’s a lot more at this event. Here is a partial list of the items that you can find this coming weekend.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- We have the honor to provide an official True Legacy list on the first day of the sale. List will be available on Saturday morning at 7:00 am. Be prepared to add your name and the number of people from your party with names in the same box. EX: Lee +3 (Felix, John, Greta)
- We highly suggest to check photos again Thursday night as owners removed/took items to keep in this same day
- Please! Do not block our neighbors driveways. Even if you’re picking up items or staying just for a few minutes
- On the other hand, if you’re planning on buying heavy or larger pieces of furniture at this sale, we recommend to bring extra help and tools to remove the contents of the home. We also have third party delivery services. Ask us how it works and we’ll provide you with more information
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Double check your items and if possible test any electronics before purchasing. There’s NO REFUNDS. Thank you!
