Cash preferred.
Credit card payment available for large purchases.

All items are sold as found and "as is" and are not returnable.
Please bring your own boxes, bags, packaging for items you wish to purchase.
You will need to make arrangements to load large items. ALL items must be picked up same day.
If you do not pick your large items up they will be donated and no refunds will be issued.
If you have to move any large items, you do so at your own risk.
Bring help and trucks if needed. We do not deliver.
We may be able to recommend someone but they are not affiliated with us.
Same day pickup preferred.

RAIN OR SHINE.....We will be there!

There will be only one entrance and exit so please be careful and mindful of others.

No large purses, bags or backpacks will be permitted.

Children must stay with you at all times. Only service pets are allowed. Property is not suited for strollers or wheelchairs.

We reserve the right to refuse selling to anyone!! For security purposes only, there will not be access to restrooms.

Please be prepared to remove your purchases before the end of the day.
