Credit card payment available for large purchases.
All items are sold as found and "as is" and are not returnable.
Please bring your own boxes, bags, packaging for items you wish to purchase.
You will need to make arrangements to load large items.
ALL items must be picked up same day.
If you do not pick up your large items they will be donated and no refunds will be issued.
If you have to move any large items, you do so at your own risk. Bring help and trucks if needed. We do not deliver.

There will be only one entrance and exit so please be careful and mindful of others.
No large purses, bags or backpacks will be permitted.
Children must stay with you at all times. While service pets are allowed, any and all other dogs are not allowed.

We are very excited to present to you the lifetime of treasures. There was a great deal of travel between Asia and the States. The family loved Ojai and retired here for several years. The collection include paintings, pottery, massive collection of crocks, Hitchcock chair, heywood wakefield nightstands. Ethan Allen Buffett. Mid century card table and folding wood chairs, antique large secretary, antique chairs, and boxes. Patio furniture, etc. Maytag Washer n Dryer.
Please be mindful of where you park. There is no street parking in the complex. There are some guest parking spots. Easy to park on Church Lane and walk. Unit is easy to find.
We are really busy with this one and will not be taking any calls. We look forward to seeing you at 9 am Friday, 9 am Saturday and 9 am Sunday!
