Family is moving out of state.
Some things may be removed by the movers.

Covid protocol. Masks are required. Hand sanitizers all around. Please keep a safe distance and wear a mask at all times. We will limit the number of people in the home.

Cash is always preferred.
Credit card payment is available.

All items are sold as found and "as is" and are not returnable.

You will need to make arrangements to load large items.
ALL items must be picked up same day.

If you do not pick up your large items they will be donated and no refunds will be issued.

If you have to move any large items, you do so at your own risk. Bring help and trucks if needed. We do not deliver.

All items are sold in "AS IS" condition. All sales are final. No returns after purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse selling to anyone!! For security purposes only, there will not be access to restrooms.
