BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove all large items purchased. We do have manpower and delivery service for a fee. All items are sold "AS IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. It is a "collectors" estate sale in Orange. This estate has a collection of furniture, glassware, garage is full, misc. treasures. This sale has some vintage furniture. Couch and love seat in great condition, clocks, TV, queen bedroom sets, retro kitchen dining table, wooden bench, barbecue, refrigerator, tools, misc. garage items, tool boxes on wheels, lawnmower, ladder, garage has everything from A to Z.
