Thousands of items....our client's parents collected antique toys of all shapes and sizes, and perfume bottles (over 1000) but also have ephemera, WWII, toy soldiers, old books, auto, advertising, jewelry, pottery, glass, copper, pewter, silver plate, and many other categories. There are also paintings, posters, vintage and antique lighting, furniture. This is a great "old time" sale the likes of which we have not seen for a very long time...

A FEW SIMPLE RULES OF BUSINESS....VERY IMPORTANT....PLEASE READ BELOW...

RE: SIGN UP SHEET 

We will open at 9 am both days, Friday and Saturday. We may continue a few hours on Sunday but will let you know later. I will provide a sign up sheet 1 hour prior to opening or at 8 am. If you are waiting in your car or in front of the house, you will need to remember the order in which you arrived in order to sign up in order on the sign up sheet. Please be courteous to each other and the staff. We have a zero tolerance policy for rude or aggressive behavior. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. 

AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A SIGN UP SHEET.  IT WILL NOT BE HONORED. THE ONLY SIGN UP SHEET THAT WILL BE HONORED WILL BE THE ONE WE PROVIDE ONE HOUR PRIOR TO OPENING EACH DAY. THANK YOU. 

RE: RESALE NUMBERS AND CERTIFICATES/FORMS

If you are purchasing with a California resale certificate and are tax exempt, you will need to bring a copy of your California resale certificate and fill out our form in line prior to entering the sale. If you are a new shopper with us, please bring an ID or DL showing us that you are the person on the certificate. This is to avoid any delays at the cashier. Once we have verified your number your form will be with the cashier. Thank you. 

RE: SHOPPING OUR SALE...HOW THIS ONE IS SET UP 

Our sale is set up as follows. We will allow in a certain number into the house via the front door. Once inside, you will be free to shop downstairs, on the patio and in the garage. There will be a designated cashier outside near the clearly marked exit  between the garage and the house for these items. There is also an upstairs where the majority of toys and perfume bottles are. We will only allow 3-4 people at a time upstairs to shop (very tight and crowded) and the order will be determined by the order in which you signed up on the list to enter the sale. So, the first 3-4 people in the sale have the right to go upstairs. Shoppers upstairs will be encouraged to make their purchases quickly and efficiently so as  to give everyone a chance to see and purchase toys, perfumes, jewelry, etc.   If you are the 5th or 6th person entering the sale, you will need to wait until someone leaves from upstairs. There will be a designated cashier upstairs for those purchases. Once you pay, you will be given a receipt and the merchandise will stay upstairs until you are ready to leave the sale. The receipts are in triplicate so a copy will be attached to your bag/items for claim once you are ready to go. If you have any questions, please ask us at the sale. Thank you.
