Entry and exit is through door at the backdoor down the drive. Sign up sheet will be out at 7 AM or earlier. No entry to the property until sale time
All items sold as is, please examine your purchases carefully, no refunds or exchanges.
MASKS OPTIONAL!
Please bring help to move large or heavy items, we cannot do it for you, arrange for your own transportation, or we know a mover that can help.
No public restrooms. Watch your step, not responsible for falls or injuries.
Bring boxes to shop into, but no bags please.
Security will be present.
