Please bring your own help to load large or heavy items, you will also need to have your own transportation of said items, we do not deliver. All item must be picked up and removed by the end of the sale, no holds for ATM runs.
Please watch your step, some steps and uneven areas, homeowner and Company not responsible for accidents.
No strollers in the house, children must be controlled, no large pursues, all parcels subject to search.
No restrooms available, please plan ahead.
Do not block the driveway unless picking up large items, respect the neighbors, and the occupied home, keep the noise down.
Thursday is trash pick up, please give the garbage trucks some room.
