1.) NO REFUNDS or Exchanges - Items SOLD AS IS
2.) CASH & CREDIT CARDS accepted.
3.) SEE BELOW - for ENTRY INFO - EVERY SALE HAS DIFFERENT CONDITIONS
4.) Sales tax applies unless you show current re-sale license and fill out any required forms.
5.) At some of our sales containing lots of small items we will required customers to check any purse (wallet size is OK), bag, or boxes at the front door.
6.) Items will need to be picked up before the sale ends.
7.) You must bring adequate help to pack and move items yourself.
8.) No public restroom at sale location.
9.) Children must hold adult hand through display area. Strollers must remain outside.
10.) No pets, no food, no smoking.
11.) Pre-sale is possible only through pictures, sight unseen, pay in advance and pick up at sale.
Use Eventbrite.com for "free" ticket for 1st customers into the sale. Tickets become available exactly at 5PM the night before the sale. Text at 5pm the night before the sale if you have trouble using Eventbrite. You can join or email list and you will receive all sale info and a link to Eventbrite.com
