Ladies, please No handbags, wallets Okay. Please bring your own bags/boxes/paper wrap for your purchases. Cash and credit cards accepted no checks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO EXCHANGES. BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove all large items purchased. We do have manpower and delivery service for a fee. All items are sold "AS IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. These are private homes, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times.
This estate sale is located in Orange "Mabury Ranch" and has the following items for sale: Dining table and 10 chairs, Golden West custom pool table with custom tabletop cover with chairs, plant stands, rugs, decorative items, kitchenware, dresser, twin bed with frame, file cabinets, wicker table and chairs, chest, small tables, ottoman, Barbecue, 1920's piano, teak patio furniture and chairs, tile table, lounge chairs, king bedroom set, luggage, stepper, Nordic tread mill, artwork.
