The area is known for its high-end homes and mansions of Villa Park.

Cherry, Oak and Maple you can't get any more Americana than this sale! Estate includes some lovely Mid-Century Modern maple bedroom and living room sets. The master bedroom set is an outstanding cherry wood four-poster bed with armoire and mirrored dresser. Antique tube radio with turntable circa 1920s in a Spanish Revival floorstanding cabinet. There are several upholstered sofas, all high-end manufacturing techniques were used. A very nice bone-white leather and loveseat in excellent condition. Many, many easy chair recliners as the owner was a fanatic about comfortable seating. Each chair is in near new shape. There is also a lift recliner in near new condition. Many pieces of Mid-century barware for the Ad Exec in you. Lamps galore!! Crystal and tiffany-style lamps of all sizes for the multitude of occasional tables, including a beautiful MCM nested set in maple. Now for the oak! The oblong dining room set with eagle claw and ball feet, china hutch sideboard. Living room set in a country oak style with beveled glass inserts. Several lighted curio cabinet display cases in oak and cherry wood, perfect for collections or your retail store fixtures. Oak, freestanding jewelry chest. And for the lawyer or country doctor, there are two (2) oak rolltop desks. Once desk has 23 drawers, 6 cubbies and 5 hidden compartments! Several oak case units with shelves, doors, drawers and entertainment features - circa 1984 but like brand new!!! Aluminum patio set, stair stepper, Trimline 1100 treadmill, Life Styler 1000 exercise machine, etagere plant stands or bakers racks. Rollaway tool chest in red. Numerous hand tools and some power hand tools. Callaway and Ping golf clubs with bags. Many home medical items, Invacare Bed with motorized head and leg lift, low pressure air mattress with bedside controller, trapeze hangers to assist your patient with getting up, bed side feeding table, several walkers, a wheelchair with foot supports, canes, stylish female dressing gowns. A wonderful sewing station for the seamstress. Includes a professional two-station table for both a surger overlock machine (Yes we have one of those too) and a fullsize sewing machine. You can work at this table and do both functions - sew and overlock stitch. Some very good condition home office equipment, Canon copier, office chairs and file cabinets, printer station, fax machine. Lots of lovely decor items, curios, antiques and artwork.

The city of Villa Park and Orange are not very sign friendly. We will endeavor to post as many ESTATE SALE signs as we can. In case the city removes the signs, please follow these easy directions. From the 55 FWY and Katella Avenue in Orange, head east on Katella for 1.5 miles. Turn Left on Lemon Street. At the stop sign Santiago Blvd. Turn Right. The last street before Santiago Dead Ends is Sycamore Street and here you will turn Left. the fourth street on your Right is Hillsdale Ave. Please be considerate when parking and know that Fridays are trash day in that neighbor hood so do not block the trash truck access to waste containers.
