Any estate seller who is NOT charging, and remitting, sales tax to the state of CA, is breaking the law.
*** PLEASE NOTICE.......We hand out numbers 1 hour prior to the opening of the sale to those who are PHYSICALLY IN LINE. If you chose to place a marker to hold a place in line before numbers, then you MUST stay around the property to watch over your marker. The estate sale staff is NOT AT ALL respondsible for unattended markers or if you are NOT there when we hand out numbers.

You MUST bring your own truck, tools & help......we DO NOT help you remove large items.

Owner worked for Disneyland and helped create many of the animatronics at the park. He also owned Neil's Schwinn bike shop in Orange, so there are a few vintage Schwinn items.
