Rules for estate sale line up, list, waiting, and entrance procedures: The first person to arrive at the sale may start an entry list. This person and any person signing the list there after must remain in the area to keep their space in line. Going to the local coffee shop or to use a restroom is allowable. Going home, going to sleep, and coming back later is not. If you decide to leave the immediate area to use a restroom or get a drink/eat, it is suggested you let another person (that is also waiting for the sale to start) know that you are doing so. We cannot enforce or administer this policy or the list directly, so we ask that you police yourselves, and abide by the above policy or please pass on our sales.

No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on Friday morning.)

First come first serve

Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture. Bring furniture pads (blankets) too.

We provide boxes, packing and bags (whilst stocks last)

Remember that all items are sold as-is, where-is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale.

Beehive Estate Sales

Parking is allowed on Scenic Drive and the first 300 yards on Heather Lane. Please walk in from there or use our shuttle for the last 200-400 yards. Those picking up furniture can pull up to the driveway after coordinating with our team.
