The sale will be by appointment only so that we can limit the number of people coming to the house at one time. We require face masks and social distancing in line and in the house, hands sanitized on entering the home and fore head temperature taken on arrival. Please do not come to the sale if you have any Covid19 symptoms.

As we are busy preparing the sale and regret that we will not be able to answer questions regarding pricing of items.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards as payment.

No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on the first day.)

First come first serve

Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture. Bring furniture pads (blankets) too.

We provide boxes, packing and bags (whilst stocks last). Please leave your bags/boxes in your car.

Remember that all items are sold as-is, where-is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale.
