•Limited entry to the property, sign up on the sheet. You will enter in order of signup. We thank you for your patience.

•Parking is limited please do not block neighbor’s driveway.

•Valuables and jewelry are kept off premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.

•Please bring your own boxes and help to move any large items you purchase. We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS. Out of respect for the privacy of the family please do not disturb.

•The family does have the right to remove an item prior to the sale. We apologize if an item posted is not available. We look forward to seeing you at our sale!

At this estate sale, you will find many things you can use for your home: a beautiful large Karastan wool rug, antique dressers, mahogany armoire, long hymnal storage table and oak headboard/footboard, a curio/display cabinet, butcher block large wood kitchen/dining table, large double oak book cases sewing machines, and kitchenware, collectible figurines, Italian linens, framed art, china and lots of books!  For the yard we have: fish statuary fountain, yard patio table with chairs, composters, yard tools, terra cotta pots, and much, much, more!

       The door opens promptly on Friday at 8:00 am (NO EARLY BIRDS). Sign up on paper posted.  Come early for best selection. Come back again at 11:00 for best deals. Many things will be ½ price and fill a bag. We want to clean out this house for this family!
