•We accept CASH and all sales are final and sold AS IS so please check items carefully. Prices are not quoted before the sale.

•Parking is limited please do not block the neighbor’s driveway.
•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.
•Please bring your own boxes and help to move any large items you purchase. We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS. Out of respect for the privacy of the family please do not disturb.

This is a large executive house that sits on a hill, filled with items collected by my client's father who was serving in the Marines in Asia. He shipped many collectible items and a roll top desk back home. The Mid Century Modern Perspecta by Kent Coffey includes living room, dining room, office & bedroom furniture. Small kitchen appliances, bakeware, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, gadgets, and vintage decor. Porcelain Satsumi vases and eggs, china, vintage table lamps, pictures and wall art. Outside in the yard you will find a lifetime bench and picnic table, potted plants, pots, wind chimes, lantern pagodas, and Buddha statuary.
Some of these treasures, we will have listed in online auctions prior to the sale. If those items do not sell, they will be included in the in-person sale.
These auctions will be listed on my website 10-14 days prior to the date of the sale.

We do need to get this house completely emptied. We will be posting additional information, pictures and a video. The door opens promptly at 8:00 am on Friday. (NO EARLY BIRDS). Sign up on the paper posted. You will enter in the order you signed up. Come early on Friday for best selection and ½ off most items on Saturday. This house has a sunken living room and steps.
