Neither Neal Geyer or company Starbazaar, or the homeowners accepts ANY liability for accident, injury, or catastrophe. You enter the home at your own risk and all employees of said companies and individuals are indemnified against all claims. You will only be allowed in to the sale (as per healthcare guidelines) if you are wearing a mask, and practicing social distance. There will be a list out at 6:00 AM the morning of the sale. This is the only list that names will be called from.

This sale will have the RIGHT PRICES for all and we plan on selling EVERYTHING, as per the owners request. High quality furnishings and decor. Lots of tools and machines in the garage.
