Most of the messages do not reach us and many customers also say that they never get our responses. If you pick up before sale, we DO NOT allow people inside the home, we will bring item outside for you. 4) All presales are subject to the applicable City Sales tax. 5) All Sales are FINAL. No returns/exchanges/refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS. 6) Please see photos for item condition. We are unable to answer questions regarding condition. If there is a question regarding condition that the photos do not address, we recommend coming the day of the sale. Due to time constraints we are not able to allow anyone to come view items. 7) Please do NOT ask for a discount. We do not discount items until after the first day of the actual sale. 8) We allow presales for items that someone really wants. This is done as courtesy.
