- All sales are first-come, first-served. We typically do not have pre-sales or hold items prior to the sale date although we do have some larger furniture pieces for sale now. If there is a price, it's available!
- All items purchased must be removed at time of purchase, or by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made in writing.
- No large personal bags, purses or backpacks are allowed on the property, please leave them in your vehicle.
- Children MUST be with adults at all times, and please NO pets.
