No large purses will be allowed in the business - we have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co of Coachella Valley and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents in or around the business. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Resale will be accepted only if a physical copy of the license along with a filled out and signed CDTFA-230 form is provided, and the number is verified to still be valid.. Hope to see you there.

Sign in sheet is on a first come first serve basis. If you somehow find/locate the home before the address is released, homeowner & neighbors prefer that you place a box or bag as a marker and wait in your vehicle for my arrival.
