Estate sale line up, list, waiting and entrance procedures: The first person to arrive at the sale may start an entry list. This person and any person signing the list there after must remain in the area to keep their space in line. Going to the local coffee shop to get a drink or use the restroom is allowable. Going home, going to sleep, and coming back later is not. If you decide to leave the immediate area to use a restroom or get a drink/eat, it is suggested you let another person (that is also waiting for the sale to start) know that you are doing so. We cannot enforce or administer this policy or the list directly, so we ask that you police yourselves, and abide by the above policy.

Sales tax for this sale will be 8.75%, resellers please have a copy of your license ready for us. Cash and Credit Cards accepted, please bring your own boxes/bags/wrapping.

Kuzak's Closet has the treat of organizing the Judd residence this week! H. Stanley Judd is an American author and his wife Ingrid taught German at Palo Alto High School for years. This dynamic duo filled their home with global treasures, artwork, and an amazing collection of books. The writers cottage is filled with book collections on the topics of chess, golf, Hemingway, art, and dozens of first editions by listed authors including Faulkner, Steinbeck, Hemingway, Theroux, Ferber, and Doctorow. We also have signed copies of H. Stanley's book "How to Play Golf the Easy Way"!
 
Additional available items include: southwest sofa with matching chairs, small side tables, statues, Asian art pieces, silver place, fine china, crystal, a stocked kitchen with small appliances, corning ware, and pottery, cook books, rattan shelving, nightstands, chair, midcentury platform bed with Tempurpedic mattress (queen), dressers, midcentury desk, office featuring small electronics and camera equipment, record collection, holiday decor, gorgeous tile collection, antique desk formerly owned by H. Stanley's great grandfather from the gold rush, ephemera, vintage photos, posters, artwork, original prayer quilt from Afghanistan, patio set, garage to rummage, and so much more!
