Sunnyland Estate Sales proudly presents the Casa Felicia Estate Sale. Located on the cliff above RAT (Right After Torrance) Beach this gorgeous Spanish inspired estate is a Palos Verdes Historic Landmark and South Bay treasure. Originally owned by Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr., the renowned landscape architect who was awarded this 65,000 square foot bluff top parcel in gratitude for planning the City of Palos Verdes in 1925. This is the first and possibly only time the public will be invited to the property, recently sold to an international celebrity. Check out this video commissioned by Chris Adlam

The sale will run Friday and Saturday, July 15 and 16 and Monday, July 18 from 9am to 3pm. NO SALE ON SUNDAY - JULY 17.The inventory of items to be sold includes pieces from 3 generations of the current owners. Parking will be provided in the lot at St. Francis Church with a passenger drop off at the top of the hill. FLAT WALKING SHOES ARE A MUST! The long driveway is paved with authentic cobblestones brought in from Mexico, they are uneven from wear; visitors must proceed with caution. No one will be allowed to drive in to the property; we will have a car standing by to assist our less mobile customers. Please come prepared to wait in line. ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN UNDER 12, NO STROLLERS.
