Please be advised, due to the popularity of our estate sales and security precautions, there may be a line during the first few hours on the first day of the sale. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Please, NO PURSES are allowed inside. Leave them in your car or you will be turned away. Bring CASH, we do not accept checks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, please inspect all items before you purchase. Sales tax of 9% will be charged on all purchases. ALL HOLDERS OF RESALE LICENSES MUST HAVE THEM IN HAND OR BE PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it necessary. Everything is sold as-is, we do not accept returns and we do not hold items. BRING YOUR OWN MOVERS we unfortunately cannot help with heavy items. We can arrange for you to pick-up large items after the sale but please be ready to move them during sale hours. Please be careful and watch your children, if you or they break something you will be expected to pay for it. You are entering the property at your own risk. Seriously packed 3 day estate sale in Palos Verdes Estates. This two story home has Imported Vintage Furniture, Asian Décor from Bali, Hong Kong, Japan and Thailand. There are 1000s of Books and Media, Closets of Clothes, Ming Dynasty Pottery, a lot of NOS, and so much more. Please be Patient and allow enough time to dig for treasures! Below is just a partial list! You know when we say packed, it is really true!
If you need more time moving bigger furniture, you will be able to arrange Tuesday, Nov 13th at 800am-12pm only. Please book an appointment with Stacy during the sale as you will need a paper receipt to show owner what items you paid for and picking up. No one from Succor will be there that day. It is best if you can make your arrangements before end of sale but we always try and give an extra window when we can.
CASH Preferred- The wi-fi is very spotty and slow so there is no guarantee we will be able to take credit cards throughout the day.
