This collection is mostly vacuum tube focused and more specifically small portable plastic Japanese and American made portable radios. There are literally hundreds of radios to look at most in very nice condition.There are lots of marine direction finders by various manufacturers. There is a nice collection of crystal radio sets.
Also some early home and factory built 1 and 2 tube regen sets. There is also a nice collection of military portable radio and ham Equipment. This is really super nice sale.
PARTS/PARTS/PARTS
This home is literally a parts house. The collector was an engineer by training and maintained a neat inventory (quite extensive) of almost anything you might need.
tubes, sockets, coils, capacitors (all types) 20,000 capacitor on hand. Chokes power transformers, interstage transformers, output transformers, hardware, breadboard supplies you name it, it’s here. DONT MISS THE SALE IF YOU ARE A BUILDER/repair tech.
Garage/shop
He also maintained a wood and metal fab shop to aid in his project building efforts. There is a nice small American metal lathe (Atlas 10100 with lots of accy $750) metal shear, two metal brakes and basic machinery for a wood shop(table saw, band saw, drill press, big bell sander). Some Very nice metal cabinets and rolling work benches .

Crystal radio, radio collecting, Amateur radio anything under the engineering umbrella, lots of aircraft information as this was another of his interests. Also books on literature, history, Boy Scouts, religious, Dinosaurs/nature. Lots of Bird watching and bird books
Lots and lots of monthly periodicals dating back to the 1920’ these are mostly radio/ hobby interest like QST, 73 . cQ, radio and TV newsz, Radio electronics, Radio Craft
Furniture /houseware
some mid century furniture will be available during the sale . Also all dishware/ utensils in the kitchen will be sold. Also some nice lamps and chairs. There is a very nice singer 66-1 treadle sewing machine with lots of accessories.
