United Crafts is a collective of passionate collectors and dealers in Arts & Crafts and early 20th Century Decorative Arts. We strive to offer a strong selection of objects, coupled with the lowest buyer premiums offered at auction.

United Crafts is Bryan Mead (Hammered & Hewn) in California, Ron Ciarmello (Stickley Copper) in Pennsylvania & Jason Krohn (Jason Krohn Antiques) in Michigan. We have collected Arts & Crafts material for over 25 years each; focused on metalwork, lighting, furniture & pottery. We believe the Arts & Crafts Movement is having a renewed energy today as we see new collectors excited by the history & objects.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please review this document carefully. This document creates certain legally binding contractual obligations. To register and receive access to the interactive online bidding platform, a bidder must accept and acknowledge these terms and conditions.

BIDDING: The LiveAuctioneers platform shall regulate the bidding and United Crafts shall be the sole arbiter of any disputes. We reserve the right to withdraw property at any time before the sale and reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot. United Crafts is not responsible for any errors that might occur in the bidding process or on the LiveAuctioneers platform.

FINAL PRICE: The purchase price shall be the sum of (1) the price at which the item is sold, plus (2) A BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 20% ON THE BID PRICE OF EACH LOT, plus (3) LiveAuctioneers transaction fees for credit cards / PayPal, plus (4) sales tax unless the purchaser is exempt by law from such taxes. Shipping charges are flat rate per lot and included in your initial invoice.

PAYMENT: Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashiers check or US bank personal checks (items will be held until the check clears) accepted. Payment is required within 3 DAYS of receiving an invoice. United Crafts reserves the right to cancel the sale after 10 DAYS if payment has not been made. Once the item is paid for, the title of the ownership shall pass to the buyer who is responsible for all costs to ship and deliver.

AUTOPAY: If you have not contacted United Crafts to arrange payment within 3 days of the time the invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice via the LiveAuctioneers payment platform. LiveAuctioneers credit card processing fee is a base rate of 3% plus $0.25 per transaction, and ACH processing fee is a base rate of 1% plus $0.50 per transaction.

SALES TAX: Online purchases from United Crafts may be subject to sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax via the LiveAuctioneers platform.

SHIPPING: We are pleased to offer ALL lots with DOMESTIC FLAT RATE SHIPPING PRICES. The shipping price will be displayed in the description and will be included with your initial invoice to speed up check out and shipment of your purchases. For select items, shipping may be calculated and added to your invoice. Please allow 5 to 10 days for items to be shipped after payment. United Crafts items are located in one of three locations (CA, PA, MI), please read the information listed in the item to determine its location. Our team will handle all packing & shipping at each location. United Crafts reserves the right to outsource shipping to a third party.

DISCLAIMER: Any condition statement and attribution of maker or origin is given as a courtesy to a client, this is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. United Crafts shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. NO TRANSFERS: No lots shall be sold, transferred, or assigned to anyone other than the winning bidder prior to the shipping of the lot and only the winning bidder shall be shipped the object.

RISK OF LOSS: In the event delivery cannot be made because of loss due to fire, theft, or any other reason, United Crafts shall only be liable for the return of any deposits or payments made by the purchaser.

RETURNS: If within (5) five calendar days after the delivery of purchase, the original purchaser gives written notice to United Crafts asking for a return, United Crafts will have sole discretion on approving the return which then must be made within (5) five business days from the approval, in its original condition. United Crafts will refund the purchase price, buyers premium and any related taxes. All shipping charges to and from the purchaser will not be refunded or paid for by United Crafts. United Crafts reserves the exclusive right to approve or not approve any return.

MARKETING: Bidders who sign up to bid on United Crafts auctions agree to receive future marketing emails and updates from United Crafts and its affiliates.
