• No list or numbers, please line up outside the door.
• Cash preferred. If needed, we will accept DEBIT cards, should cell signal allow for processing. Please have your valid photo ID ready as we may check it. Please bring cash for transactions under $20 to expedite check out as cell signal sometimes takes some time to process cards.
• We collect California sales tax unless you have a valid California resale license and are purchasing the items for resale. We will verify resale numbers on site with the CA Board of Equalization.
• Please bring your own packing material and boxes.
• Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.

An estate sale in the San Rafael neighborhood of Pasadena filled with an eclectic range of decor and furnishings including a beautiful collection of Chinese and Asian artifacts. Our clients are world travelers and have collected a lot of unique pieces over the years. Since they are moving internationally they decided to sell a wide assortment of their collection. We have everything from Asian Bronzes to Tiffany 18k gold jewelry and even a pool table. This is a sale not to miss!

Please note: All gold, silver, jewelry and valuables are removed off site each night before the sale and will be brought back the following morning. Please do not disturb the resident or neighbors while you wait for the sale to open. Thank you!
