TERMS: All items offered and sold through Treasureseeker Auctions LLC are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. There are no warranties or representations of merchantability, of fitness, nor of any other kind, express or implied. Treasureseeker strives to describe all items to the best of our knowledge, however we are not liable for errors or omissions, authenticity, signatures, origin, materials, quality, rarity or other discrepancies. All measurements are approximates. All items are available for your examination prior to bidding. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. We recommend prospective bidders examine all items in which they have an interest or contact us prior to bidding for a condition report or to express concerns with the description. By placing a bid, either via the internet, by phone or absentee, you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to or that you have chosen not to examine them. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity, and the results of your evaluation leave uncertainty in your mind, we recommend you have an expert examine the lot for you or do not bid on the item in question. A range of estimates is given on each lot with a low and a high estimate. Estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling price, Estimates are simply an opinion. Treasureseeker Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the auction without liability. Treasureseeker Auctions, LLC and/or Auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event the auctioneer doubts the validity of any bid, the auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute. No employee or agent of Treasureseeker Auctions is authorized to make on our behalf or on that of the consignor any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any property. Although care is taken to photograph and describe the item, the absence of a condition report does not imply perfect condition. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the condition of the item, either in person during our viewing hours prior to the auction or through requested condition reports. All bids are final and are subject to our terms and conditions.

INTERNET BIDDING: It is the sole responsibility of the Internet bidder to be familiar with the Internet bidding process. The uploaded results of the auction take precedence over any and all messages of high bids during online or live bidding.

PREMIUM: Buyer's premium of 28% for internet bids, phone and left bids 23% added to the hammer price of each lot and will be considered part of the total purchase price.

PAYMENT: All payments must be made through Live Auctioneers payment system using "Pay Now" option on invoice.
If paying by check, please notify us within 3 days or automatic payment will be made via Live Auctioneers.

ABANDONED PROPERTY:
Property not claimed after 6 months will be considered abandoned and will be considered the property of Treasureseeker Auctions LLC.

STORAGE:
Items MUST be picked up or shipped out of our building within 10-Days of auction end. On the 11th day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to charge a storage fee of $25 per item per day. On the 31st day Treasureseeker Auction has the option to resell the item, under bidders name, at 35% commission no minimums, no reserves, or once the storage fee total charge meets the cost of the item paid, the item will be considered property of Treasureseeker Auctions LLC, whatever happens first.

SHIPPING: If your item(s) are damaged in shipping, you will need to contact the shipper to file a claim.
