Petaluma Estate Sale - Model Builder, Collector, Woodworker FULL house

This week we are in a tranquil east Petaluma neighborhood just off McDowell Blvd with a full house estate sale of modern furniture, modern household items, solid wood furniture, fine patio garden furniture  in a house made for entertaining. 

The prize of his many collecting hobbies is a fully restored 1940's National Fire Chief/Texaco Gas Pump in pristine condition that also lights up. His hobby room sports over 200 1/18th Scale Die Cast Cars from Ferrari to Ford from Chevy to Chrysler and everything in between, this is by far the coolest collection of mint condition cars we have ever seen.

He was also a Master Model Builder who loved airplanes, and he assembled painted and gently hung over 100 incredible models in his office that are in mint condition. He also build huge scale Radio Control RX Airplanes including a breathtaking Float Plane that is over 3 feet long!  He restored vintage Mustangs in his garage and still has some choice car parts left from other projects. 

If that isn't enough, he was a professional woodworker whose shop his chock full of quality tools from Dewalt, Delta, Rigid, Craftsman and a variety of hand and power tools all kept pristine in professional tool chests from MAC Tools and Proformance that are in excellent condition,  He also built cute cabinetry and rolling stands for his power tools.
