We accept cash, card, venmo, & Zelle - no checks. All purchases are final sale. There are no refunds.

Movers will be on hand, but you will need to bring a vehicle appropriate for large items/furniture. All items must be picked up with purchase. Later pickup is not available. Movers are not liable for any damage, to the item or to the vehicle.

Bennett family and staff/volunteers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, claims or liabilities sustained on the property. You are responsible for your own due diligence.

MCM Ceramist, Brent Bennett's Final Studio Collection & Estate Sale - Saturday 7/25 & Sunday 7/26 - 9am-3pm

An extensive art collection paired with mid-century modern furniture, art books, collectibles, tools, home goods & decor, and clothing.

Event Details:

  1. Be respectful of neighbors - do NOT block driveways
  2. Be respectful of staff and other guests - this is a family run event
  3. Address will be posted 3 hours prior to the sale - Verizon is the only cell service in the area, please print directions if you have another carrier
  4. "Brent Sale" directional signs will be posted starting at the freeway
  5. Wifi will be available on the premises
  6. Entry list will be available at 7am; only our list will be honored
  7. Limit: 10 people inside at a time
  8. No boxes, purses, handbags, backpacks, pet carriers, bulky clothing, jackets, or strollers permitted inside - please leave them in your car
  9. Shopping boxes and bags will be provided with a supervised hold table as well
  10. Only wallets and phones permitted
  11. Do NOT remove art from the walls — inside staff will assist you and bring the item to the checkout table with your name
  12. Garage and Interior are the only shopping spaces
  13. All items must be picked up with purchase - no later pickup available
  14. We reserve the right to deny entry at our discretion
