BEFORE THE PUBLIC SALE BEGINS:
Selling Prices are not given out prior to the sale unless item is also advertised elsewhere. In this case the price will be posted in the picture description.
Sold Items must be picked up by 2PM on sale day. We do NOT handle shipping, moving or storage of any items!
FOR THE PUBLIC SALE:
As always REMEMBER: You are entering a private home at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents while you are on the premises. You must be able to walk up stairs, hills, inclines, over rough pavement, on uneven flooring etc. on your own or bring your own appropriate assistance. Children of any age must be accompanied by a responsible adult!
If you have verifiable mobility or other issues that will affect your ability to enter the home, the online photos show the majority of offerings in the sale. In these circumstances only, if you have specific questions about items that are listed but not displayed in photos you may ask questions by email and we will do our best to provide photos or better descriptions of those specific items and you will generally receive a response within 24-48 hours.

We do our best to ensure that all items advertised are in the sale on the first day. However, it is possible, that some items may be removed by the family prior to the first public sale day. Removal of items is an industry "hazard" that we all have to deal with on one level or another. We understand many of you travel long distances to get to the sale and we apologize for any potential inconvenience this may cause.
