We accept all debit and credit cards. No minimums. Must provide Valid CA Driver License or ID, or won't accept credit cards!! $2.50 Processing fee per transaction to complete a credit card authorization form.
(We want to provide a positive and safe environment for everyone attending. Therefore, the following rules have to be mentioned and enforced.)
Parking: We will have your vehicle towed away and possibly cited, it's up to the police, for illegal parking; blocking driveways, double parking, parking backwards, close to fire hydrants, etc.
No drinks, food, or pets allowed on the property due to trash, spills, and safety.
Last sale must be completed by posted closing time.
Homes may have a step(s) in front and back, therefore they may not be Handicap Accessible.
Sales are in private homes, therefore restrooms are not allowed to be used, nor as a dressing fitting room.
You enter at your own risk! Estate sales & Services By Big D is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on, or near the sale premise.
All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. No guarantees of condition, you need to check items prior to purchase. We price for condition.
You break it, you buy it!
All items sold in As-Is condition without warranty. You are responsible to test and inspect your purchase. Once it's written on receipt, sales is final.
We will only hold items upon full payment until posted closing time.
No items may be removed past the cashier unless full payment is made first.
Deposits not accepted.
First-come, First-served.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone, and will remove unruly customers.
Strollers are not allowed and children must not be left unattended.
You must remove your own items, including furniture, without causing damage to home and property.
Please don't ask my staff or other customers.
If you can't remove it, refunds/exchanges do not apply as in all sales are final.
We don't provide tools to disassemble any items.
If your merchandise is damaged upon removal, you will not receive any refunds or exchanges!
Delivery not available.
We will provide plastic bags and paper for wrapping.
You may bring boxes, however no personal bags, back-packs, or large purses.
Checks are not accepted.

About this Sale:
Big D style, completely packed and overflowing. We ran out of space to set up. Every available square foot has been used, aside from walking space, not exaggerating.
Also, for the majority of items inside and out, are in great condition.
This client is/was, (we don’t give info.), very talented, 1 bedroom dedicated to crafting. Custom made personalized photo albums, greeting cards, stamps and more. There’s thousands of retail dollars in all the materials. We have never had a crafters room quite like this.
In addition, beautiful, furniture, by Bassett, Oak, Mission Style, many great collections, from Hummels, Boyd and Friends Bear figurines, Department 56 Christmas Village, Williraye Studios figurines, Lenox, Mission Style Furniture, Annalee dolls, and of course so many Longaberger baskets, Longaberger kitchenware pottery and some very nice Amish framed prints, Amish original hats and some Dolls, Lizzie High, Handcrafted in mid to late 1980’s.
