PRE-SALE NOTICE

Because of the high interest in several of the estate items, and because of the lack of available space to set up, we have decided to conduct a pre-sale on these select items.

In order for the pre-sale to be fair to all interested buyers, we have decided to conduct the sale under the following guidelines (this method worked for an vintage Airstream we had sold in 2016):

  1. Pre-sale viewing will be held on Monday, Aug. 23rd from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Tuesday, Aug. 24th from 10:00 am to 12 noon.
  2. Pre-sale will be conducted as a blind “best offer” sale.  Upon entering residence, all pre-sale attendees will be giving cards with items listed to be sold.  Customers will fill-out the card with their names and phone numbers and write down their BEST OFFER for the particular item they wish to purchase and return cards to AEL&S representative before leaving.  Items will already be priced for the liquidation sale starting on Aug. 26th.  Your offer must be at, or any amount over the minimum tagged price.
  3. If you cannot attend the pre-sale in person, you can submit your offer via text to: 909-451-3571.  Be sure to describe item(s) with model number(s).  If you plan on attending, text me with your name and day you wish to attend and I will text back the address on Sunday.
  4. No offers will be accepted after 1:00 pm on Tuesday, Aug. 24th.  At 2:00 pm on the same day, we will contact the top two offers by phone for each item listed on the cards.  The person with the second highest offer will have one last opportunity to revise their offer.  We will then contact the first person on the list and allow him/her to counter the offer or drop out.
  5. Persons with the winning offers must make arrangements to pick up items no later than 6:00 pm on Wednesday, Aug. 25th.  Our maximum on credit card transactions is $1500.00, so buyers will need to bring cash or bank cashiers check (with proper ID) upon pick up.
  6. Items not picked up by indicated date/time will forfeit their purchase and item will be offered to customer with second highest offer (etc.). NO EXCEPTIONS.
  7. No items other then the following listed will be pre-sold or pre-viewed.  If you are interested in any other item(s), you must return on days of the formal estate sale.
  8. The following items are now offered for pre-sale:
