As we are busy preparing the sale and regret that we will not be able to answer questions regarding pricing of items.

We do not require face masks for people that have been vaccinated, and will have some available if you need one. Hands sanitized is available.

No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on the first day.)

First come first serve

Please bring help if you plan to buy large furniture. Bring furniture pads (blankets) too.

We provide boxes, packing and bags (whilst stocks last). Please leave your bags/boxes in your car.

Remember that all items are sold as-is, where-is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We are a true estate liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the estates are paid immediately after the sale.

All jewelry is removed from the home after hours, police have been contacted to make home visits during the evening, and home alarm has been activated. Additionally we have our properties covered with SimpliSafe security system with 24/7 alerts.
