Although we do love children we cannot allow any strollers inside the home, if you do decide to bring your 'lil' ones along we ask that you please keep them with you at all times.
Absolutely no pets allowed.
Bring your own bags and boxes please. Some will be available . Remember, you will have to move any large items, at your own risk. Bring help and trucks if need be. Thank you.

This is a time capsule sale. This family has lived here since 1961. The property includes a granny flat that was completely furnished and had tons of storage and so we have two complete households. We have brought down all the furnishings from the granny flat and incorporated it with the main house.
This sale has things in the backyard, garage, and inside the whole house. As you can see by the patio photos, we still have lots of boxes to go through
