All items sold as is. Please examine items before purchasing. All sales are final. No returns can be accepted. Out of consideration for our customers who arrive early and must wait on line until the sale opens, we do not hold presales or preview sales of any kind for any reason.
WE PREFER EMAIL TO CALLS ABOUT SALE ITEMS! We cannot always provide accurate information on sale items over the phone. We will do our best when responding by email but our response may not be prompt because our staff is overwhelmed during these sales. In the meantime, your item of interest may be sold to someone who has attended the sale. If you are really interested in something at the Sale, your best bet is to attend the Sale for pricing or other information.
No large purses or handbags. If you have a large purse or handbag, you will be asked to leave it in your car. Many breakable items, so watch your children please.
We cannot be responsible for any accidents, so enter at your own risk.
You will need to make your own arrangements for moving heavy items such as furniture and/or appliances. If you need to return with a truck, we will mark the item as "Sold" provided that you have either paid in full or left a substantial cash deposit. A receipt will be given.
No restroom availability. No parking on the property except for loading of furniture or heavy items. There is ample curbside street parking.
