Affectionately tagged "GONE WITH THE WIND" sale.    This property is a country getaway for a prominent Los Angeles graphic designer.     Gone with the wind sale is one you won't want to miss!    This is a NON-SMOKING property.    House was originally designed to mimic "TARA", the residence of the plantation theme for "Gone with the Wind".

Just a quick note.....Security is high, monitored and SHERIFF LIVES ACROSS THE STREET.

Residence is filled with high end fixtures, furniture, art and other decor. Being that condition is everything, I must say that 98% of the items representing this sale are 9.5 to 10 on a 10 scale of condition.

The photos only show part of what is there and to list everything would not be practical.

Other items of interest would be more clocks, all functioning, some audio components including vintage pair of KLH bookshelf speakers, lots of fabulous glassware including art glass items, out of the ordinary silver platters, ice buckets, coffee services and 10 beautiful sets of china from all over the world.

The blue and white theme is all over the place and the pieces range from antique flow blue to newer items from recognizable sources including a blue and white Asian porcelain stool. 

The lamps are all as unusual and high quality decor and you should get that idea from the photos included.

There are also yard art items, wrought iron patio furniture pieces,  cast floral benches and high back veranda rocking chairs.

A fair amount of cookware, a toastmaster countertop induction oven and lots of copper items.

There is a 60's Packard-Bell console stereo with built in Garrard turntable.....cabinet is great but amp seems to be dead.

There is also a conventional top load washer and matching front load dryer.  

I hate to disappoint all you tool hounds but there are NONE!
