We do not have pre sales. Please do not call for prices as we rarely have a chance to answer these types of calls. This house is ALARMED.
We do not honor sign in sheets at our sale. It is first in line=first inside. Some times we must limit how may customers will be allowed inside due to safety concerns. Please be respectful or neighbors driveways and property.
Entering this sale is at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents at this sale. Please watch your step.
Children are not allowed outside without a parent if there is a pool!
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON SUNDAY!

We do charge sales tax unless you can furnish a valid resale license and fill out our necessary form. Please inform cashier before cashing out if you are resale.
We do accept Visa, MasterCard, and Debit cards with a minimum $25.00. A $1.00 surcharge will be added if under the $25.00 limit.
If you buy large items please be prepared to bring your own help. We can help you with lists of movers, who for a fee, can help move your larger items.
All items must be removed by the end of the sale. We can not be responsible for items left at the sale. Items are sold as found.
We cannot test every electronic device but if you find that it is not working, and it does not boot up, we will return your money if brought back immediately. Kindness matters.

Hello,

We have another great estate sale for you this weekend, beginning this Friday thru Sunday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM all three days.  The gate code will be posted on the entrance to allow access into the complex. There are some guest parking spaces close to the condo and lots of parking close by. Please watch for signs inside the complex and do not park blocking neighbors driveways. This sale is in the Bernardo Heights area and some signs will not look like our usual signs do to their CC&R's. We are just off Bernardo heights and across the street from the Bernardo heights swim and tennis club.

The condo is full of French country, country beach or shabby chic furniture. Some of the furniture is Ethan Allen and there are some antiques as well. We have Limoge, Rosenthal, English and Bavarian porcelain, some sterling silver pieces, stain glass, baskets and clothing. We have beds, queen and full and desks and dressers. Some California artists signed art, tables and chairs, patio furniture ,white Gainey pottery, fountain and plants.  We have a fantastic selection of high end women's purses, women's clothing in size small/medium thru  women's size 2 (many with the tags still on). We have men's clothing and two tuxes. We have a great selection of older vintage children's books, holidays décor and the garage is jammed full of treasures.  We have camping and sports and fishing poles and a vintage Sheridan pellet gun. Please looks at the pictures as I must have forgotten something.
